HOW DO WE EARN YOUR TRUST?

 

Most of our new Customers are referrals. We have served their relatives, neighbors, co-workers, fellow garden club members, children's classmates' parents....

Our Estimates are worded to clearly reflect the conversation we have with our Customer when we met. We communicate via e-mail so everything is in writing, avoiding the frailties of memory. Customers are not pressured to sign a contract "on the spot." We understand that Customers want the Best Value available to them. We respect that other Vendors MAY consider the job is easier or less time consuming than we may have Estimated.
