FREE ESTIMATE
An "Estimate" is a fixed price Proposal for a scope of work defined with the Customer during our meeting. The Proposal is based on our estimation of how many "man/hours" are required for our fully equipped, trained and insured crew to complete the job requested by the Customer. During our meeting, the Sales Arborist may suggest additional items not mentioned by the Customer, for Customer's Consideration. Proposals will include separate line items for each tree to be pruned or removed, and for crane, dumpster or hired equipment if necessary to perform the job the Customer is requesting.
Please call or complete our form to schedule an appointment for an Arborist to meet you and your trees. Expect a written, itemized Proposal via e-mail within 24 hours of our time together.
CONSULTATION
Consultations are often requested by Property Managers for Condominiums, Commercial Properties and Neighborhood Home Owner Association Boards. Customers seeking "Three (or more) Competitive Quotes" on properties with MANY trees are encouraged to hire an Independent Consultant. The Consultant will tag and inventory all significant trees on their properties, and present Customer with a Data Base that includes a description of tree species, size, location, condition and recommendations. Independent Consultants are self employed, specialized professionals that are not employed by (or owners of) any Tree Company. WRITTEN HAZARD EVALUATION
While glaringly obvious hazards may be seen during a Free Estimate, some trees require close consideration before a decision to Prune or Remove is made. Trees may require climbing to examine decay visible from the ground, or may require probing with specialized tools to examine defects at the base of the tree. We will provide a written Proposal for Hazard Evaluation as part of our Free Estimate.
